Ideal for use at school. This CCTV system can also be carried by children and easily connected to a laptop or a desktop computer. Mobility The MagniLink Student Addition fits well together with a laptop in a larger laptop case. The unit is mounted in a few seconds and the connection to the computer is easily made through the USB 2.0 port. The MagniLink Student Addition is powered directly from the computer and no external battery or power supply is needed. Combined reading and distance camera The MLS Student Addition can be used for both reading and distance viewing. It is very easy to change between the reading and distance modes by tilting the camera head. You can use the distance mode to look at the blackboard and use the reading mode to magnify text and images in your school books, magazines and other printed material. Snapshots Just by pressing a button you can store images from the camera onto your computer. You can for example make a snapshot of the blackboard and review the information when you are at home. In the same way you can also store handwritten notes and drawings from a paper.	Connection The MLS Student Addition can be connected to both laptop and desktop computers through USB 2.0. The camera picture is presented in a Windows application and both the size and position of the window can be adjusted for different split screen modes. For highest convenience there are also a number of preset split screens modes available. The MLS Student Addition is compatible with all resolutions and picture refresh rates on your computer. It is also possible to connect the MLS Student Addition directly to a PC monitor or TV set without using a computer. Then the functions are handled from a separate control box.
